GulfCoast News has a Katrina Survivor-Connector List where you can post news and get news for loved ones in the area. This is where I was able to get a hold of Boomr's cousin. If you have any news about someone that someone else might be looking for, please leave a note.
Also, Carson is helping to find refugees places to stay in the Atlanta area. If you know of anyone who is looking for shelter, go over to Carson's and e-mail her.

Dingo, I'm not actually helping them find a place to stay. Our neighborhood is plugging in to help a local church We've heard horror stories about people getting left out of the loop of shelters or not wanting to be in one.

Unfortunately, it doesn't show my old house (in the blacked out area). It was on some of the higher ground, so I am assuming it is ok.
