More dirty tricks (Link) by the GOP. Republicans in Harrisburg PA. tried to change 63 polling places in minority neighborhoods at the last moment. The plan was created by Mark Pfeifle, a North Dakota Republican who has worked in Washington and helped run his party's convention in New York this summer and was imported to cause problems in Democratic minority communities. The City Commissioners turned down the plan because it would be confusing and unfair to voters to change polling places at the last moment. You have to give the GOP an "A" for effort though.
