East Tehran

Baghdad looks like it will be changing its name to East Tehran. U.S. funded polls show that Islamic fundamentalists would win control of Iraq if the election were held today. The most popular politician is Abdel Aziz Hakim, leader of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI) and is now receiving millions of dollars in aid from Iran, U.S. officials say. Gee George, that sounds just dandy. We went in and spent billions of dollars to transform Iraq into Iran. Good job making us all so much safer... Next time, try sending in the cast from "queer eye for the straight guy." At least when they do a make over, they do it within a budget and in under a day.
