SEC Fraud by One of Sinclair's Top Insiders?

I decided to look at Sinclair Brocasting Groups major mutual fund investors to make sure I was not invested in any of them. Luckily, I was not, but I also noteced that one of Sinclair's top insiders sold a substantial portion of his holdings over a 5 day period right before the stock slid into a consistant downturn. Robert E Smith sold shares in 19 seperate small batches between April 2nd, 2004 and April 7th, 2004 ranging from $13.30 to $13.10. The stock started a downward slide several days later to end up at its current price of $7.38. This may be perfectly innocent, but perhaps someone should check ths out a little due to the history of Bush buddies using insider trading opportunities.
